Division directors should have received an email with your login info, hope you did not delete it! But if you did don't fret contact Martini (your webmaster) and you will get a new one.

Officer Election Reports

Officer elections should be held in March or April. After elections, fill out the Officer Election Report (mailed to clubs in February) and mail or fax (1.419.535.1989) to headquarters by April 30. The report is also available on the national website in the member area. Completing your election report will ensure your club and its leaders are included in all national mailings.

April and May Awards Deadline

Entries for the 2010 EDIT Award for Best District Bulletins and National Best Club Bulletin Award and the National Best Club and District Web Site Awards are due at National Headquarters by April 10, 2010.  Entry forms and rules for both awards are available on the national website.

The National Public Relations Award entry form is due by May 15, 2010. The entry form and rules are available on the national website.

There is a new award this year! The first ever Best Web Video Award will be presented this year at national convention in La Quinta, California. Has your club made a video highlighting your club's history and activities for potential members? If so, submit your video! Find more information, rules and the entry form online at the national website. Hurry, entries are due May 15.

Entries for the National Outstanding Service Projects are due to national headquarters by May 15, 2010. If your club does a great project, big or small, enter for your chance to shine!

Entries for the National Outstanding Fundraiser Award is also due May 15, 2010. If your club holds a successful club fundraiser, submit it to national for your chance to win!
